Draught at Brewpub: This one pours a hazy, orangish amber color. There was a thin off white head that left some lacing. It has a nice hop nose. It is my first beer with Mosaic hops. I get lemon, some other citrus, pine, earthy notes and maybe some others. Very complex for a single hop. The taste is very good. Fairly good hop bite, decent malt body. Some of the citrus, pine and earthy notes like the nose. Very smooth.
