Draught: This is also known as their Winter Belgian Ale. This is yet another good beer. It pours an opaque mahogany color, with a small off white head. There is some lacing down the glass. The aroma is peppery, spicy and a bit of a caramel malt. The taste is a bit complex. It is fairly full bodied, and is peppery, very slightly sweet (from some caramel malt taste), hints of a roasted malt. Also a little yeasty, bready and nutty. Very tasty.
