Draught @ Cambridge House: This one pours a hazy somewhat lighter brown color. It had a small off white head that leaves some lacing. The aroma is nice. I get a good shot of hops to the nose. I get mainly grapefruit, but there is something else in there. It almost smell somewhat like pineapple. The taste is not nearly as bitter as you would expect from the aroma. There is actually a touch of sweetness coming over the hops. The sweetness tastes a bit fruity, almost like the pineapple I got in the aroma. Certainly this isn’t the most dominant taste, but it is in there. Well balanced is a good term for this beer, as all their offerings seem to be. The beer is really smooth and nicely textured. Another winner.
