Draught @ Brewpub: This one pours a fairly clear amber color. It has a small off-white head on it that leaves some lacing. The aroma is good. I get mainly earthy hops, with some malts peaking through. Also a hint of citrus. The taste is very good. The bitterness is well balanced with a good malt body. There is a faint sweetness up front followed by the bitterness. A really nice beer from Chris!
