Draught in Granby: This one pours a very dark brown color. It is fairly clear. There is a small off-white head on it, and it leaves some lacing down the glass. There is some chocolate and roastiness to the nose, as well as some nuttiness and a touch of earthy hops. The taste is a rich roasty one. There is also some chocolate, nuttiness, and some earthy hops balancing the sweetness. A nice first brew from Steve!
