A - flaxen golden, and quite transparent, a wispy nearly nonexistent head, no carbonation

S - the blackboard says this is brewed with lavender, Madagascar vanilla bean and black pepper, and you can really taste those ingredients, a nice spicy amalgam that really does evoke thoughts of clove, coriander, lavender, and some vanilla sweetness, the kind of ingredients that if not done right interfere with each other, but they don't

T - what a perfect spring beer! clean, crisp, sweet, spicy, a nice hop background to give it a foundation, well crafted, the flavors in the aroma are well represented in the taste, without complicating the beer

M&D - what more can i say, the perfect compliment to a spring day, quenching, refreshing, very tasty, no inteference at any point, from over flavoring, over carbonation, just perfect at that moment, i actually had lunch with a buddy of mine, a Bud/Coors Light Drinker and he loved it as well

Draught @ Granby: This one arrived with a small white head on it that didn't linger long. It was a cloudy, straw yellow color. The aroma had a predominant note of clove. There was also some wheat, coriander, pepper and citrus. The taste was slightly sweet. Clove, citrus wheat and some spices predominate. Surprisingly a large amount of flavor for something with a lower ABV. Steve's experience at Allagash shows. A very nice Belgian.
