This is also known as "Breakfast Summer Ale".

Draught in Granby: This one pours a fairly clear, somewhat lighter amber color. There was a small off-white head on it, that left minimal lacing. The aroma was a bit lighter. Nice, with some definite notes of the honey, as well as a faint hint of the hops. The taste is well balanced. It is just a touch sweet, and has a slight taste of the honey. There is a slight dryness to the finish where the hope are just evident. Very nice and refreshing.

Served on-tap at the Cambridge House Brewpub in Torrington, Conn.

A: For a blonde, this summer ale pours a mild amber color with a sticky, thin veil of off-white foam. Carbonation is modest and lacing is decent.

S: Smells slightly musty, like cellared citrus fruits, along with some spicy, herbal cone hops and twangy yeast.

T: Taste is surprisingly citrusy and bitter hoppy. Cascades were used to give this ale it's hop profile, which comes through nicely in otherwise overage toasted caramel and fruity ester flavors of this summer brew.

M: Mouthfeel is light-medium bodied and pretty steady drinking.

D: Granted the ABV is a bit jacked for a summer session, on a hot one, this brew would be really good. Mine was served a bit below fridge temp with a pulled pork sangwich, so I don't know if that helped or hurt its case. I'd get it again though, and it's worth a shot.
