Imperial Blueberry Tart Sour

Very strongly sour and with notable lactic acid. Other than that, it really does taste like a blueberry tart. The blueberry notes are very prominent and sit alongside a light, slightly biscuity malt base reminiscent of pre-made pastry. It's very hard to taste anything else. The aroma is the same minus the acidity, making the blueberry tart impression clearer. Slightly cloudy gold body and very little head.
