Their beers are highly carbonated into the bottle and not pasteurized so short shelf life. This was fresh and tasted like the fresh drafts we had in college. Three malts-sweet, but not a Creemore. Dry aftertaste. Beer for the masses. Their most foam beer. Tad of nut mid-sip.

Clear bright amber with a good off-white head. Settles to ring. Good lace.
Aroma is sublty hoppy with a dry hint of pepper. Some caramel sweet malt as well. Gentle but captivating.
Hops up front with a really interesting malt finish. The sweetness of it reminds me of maple syrup, more so than some of the maple beers I've tried. A real nice surprise. Mouthfeel is appropriately soft.
This outfit is just down the road from me. Paid them a visit to grab some of their beers because they're not available in the local LCBO. I'm coming to respect their brewing ability and choice of ingredients. While they've not yet blown me away, their beers are showing good quality and competence. A cut above and worth the trip to grab some of these.
