Nothing here, not drinkable. A pilsner like the lager. the only good Canadian pilsner I've ever had was from a Hungarian friend's home brew. Even the brewmaster was embarassed over this one, the hidden message that he should concentrate on a few core niche players. Surprisingly bitter extreme. No head and mminimal carbonation.

Clear gold in colour with a moderate head that settles to a thin film in short order. Leaves quite good lace as you go.
Clean smell of hops, some earthiness. Long, slow, dry and gently bitter hops with an underlay of malt. Lingers long and bitter on the palate. Overall a decent pilsner that would make a good session beer. Easy to drink, quite enjoyable.
