This had a nice red colour, with a thin cream coloured head. The aroma was very mild, with just a hint of floral hops and no maltiness. Bitterness hits immediately and is almost resinous at the front. It had a slightly metallic flavour that seemed to increase the bitterness and added to some astringency at the finish, making it a bit harsh and damaging the drinkability. The body was light, but good, definitely appropriate for the style.
