Streaming the Dream is a true West-Coast IPA: pale, clear as day, dry and gently bitter. It packs a beautiful bouquet of bright hop flavor and intoxicating aroma that bring the whole package together. Expect notes of grapefruit, cantaloupe and cannabis from a generous dry hop of Simcoe, Strata and Chinook Cryo. A simple but vital malt backbone does just enough to carry it all.

On tap at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a mostly clear golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells primarily of melon, with some marijuana and maltiness.
This is not awful by any means, but it doesn’t fully stand out. It’s a bit malty sweet, with not enough West Coasty pine bitterness to balance that out. I get some grapefruit and melon as well.
This is lighter bodied, clean, crisp, and fairly drinkable.
