Clear, dark gold body; nice fine strings of carbonation; thin yet persistent head cap. Initial nose full of tropical fruit and berries, more malty as the beer opens up. Weak, flat flavor, mostly phenol bitterness; seems like some citrus fruit esters trying to make a go of it, but no dice. Medium body with a finely sharp prickliness offsetting a relatively smooth general mouthfeel; semi-dry.

A rather underwhelming experience with this beer. Perhaps the nearly two weeks in the crowler messed with things. Other beers I've sampled from the brewery have fared way better. I need to revisit this one on tap and see how that plays out.
