Amber color with a thin head.
Aroma with predominant notes of papaya, moth balls and caramels.
Flavor with notes of caramel, pine, watercress (likely from the Brazilian Jambu), orange citrusy and some toasted malts. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light body with mild carbonation.
Interesting idea to add Brazilian Jambu to the recipe, but I didn’t like the hop profile and strong caramel base for an APA.
