*Note: This beer was advertised as a Pilsner in 2025 but it shares the name with this IPA entry so I just reviewed it under this
Look: Light golden yellow with a minimal head
Aroma: Grains, pilsner malt, flowers, and cut grass
Taste: Cut grass starts it off with flowers quickly following with notes of tea rose and spirea in the mix. Crackers and pilsner malt pop in and out as the floral parade winds to a close
Mouthfeel: Light but full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and clean and crisp on the finish
Overall: Good stuff. A new one for me and it’s hitting the spot on this warm day at their pub right now. A tasty Pilsner and well-made. I’d order it again anytime

16oz can from brewery. Pale, clear golden, white foamy head. Sweet grainy, malty aroma. Taste adds crispy hops to the bready malts, giving it a pils like snap at the finish.
