Look: Golden yellow and clear with a frothy head that swells and rapidly dissipates to a film, leaving minimal lacing behind
Aroma: Floral notes, pilsner malt, honey, soda crackers, freshly cut grass, and light citrus
Taste: Starts out with pilsner mat and quickly joined by waves of floral hops that include jasmine, honeysuckle, and some citrus flower. Lemon and lime jump in as well and go back and forth with soda crackers until it closes out
Mouthfeel: Light, clean, medium-high carbonation, and clean and crisp on the finish with minimal dryness detectable
Overall: I dig it. A collaboration for a good cause with WOU and a style I dig so an easy buy when leaving their pub last week. All of the usual cast of characters in tow in addition to some citrus from the Amarillo and in a refreshing, well-made package. Worth a try if you see it
