Appearance: brilliantly clear, pale gold, fluffy white head with short retention.
Aroma: crackerlike, floral
Flavor: crackers, floral herbal hops, low bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied, crisp, short finish.
Overall: This is an average German Pils IMO. Light bodied but balanced. Drinkable but no in the class with Ayinger or Rothaus.

Another 0.33l bottle gifted to me from Bernie aus München. Enjoyed whilst chillin' in Rothenburgs Burggarten. Best by 23FEB10.
This one is a clear, medium golden with steady carbonation. Head is white and short, fading quickly to the rim with fair lacing. Aroma is quite grassy, with a spicy sharpness to it. Fairly smooth on the tongue, it is a bit airy, with a medium body.
Has a light doughy character with subtle up-front sweetness, though short-lived. Hops here are grassy, with a touch of a herbal quality, yet no sharpness as hinted at by the aroma. A decent, middle of the pack Pils. Danke, Bernie!
Prosit!!
