a beautiful little summer lager here, simple in a good way, low alcohol which is awesome, and bright and fresh to me, among our favorites we had in here, and something they should consider canning if they dont already, this one has legs i think! blonde and delicate looking with a quick fading layer of white fizz, near perfect clarity, and a breezy vibe to it. the nose is pure lemon up front, they use puree and extract in this and its well dosed, obvious and clean without dominating the beer elements, a fine line to walk in a beer this minimal otherwise, but they do it well. there are some compatible hops to this that are fresh and add some beer character, the grain is light and clean, and the lagering is crisp. definite jasmine type character in the aroma. the flavor has no acidity, or very little, from the lemon, but its not candied and sweet either, they have done a nice job with texture here. the lemon is pure to me, and the base beer is tight and bright and good, not much from the yeast but i dont miss it, and the little bit of bitterness from the hops makes the lemon pop at the end. really drinkable and refreshing with high carbonation, and an awesome warm weather drinker overall. unique, we liked this a lot. i hope flavorful low alcohol beers like this come into fashion, love a beer i can drink on all day long!
