Blossom is a ripe 6.2% New England IPA which will carry you on a journey of self discovery (see the label).
Bucket loads of oats in the mash to achieve the thick New England IPA haze we all know and love. Thick layers of melon, mango and stone fruits from the additions of Idaho 7, Mosaic, Citra & Motueka. Yum.

440ml can.
L: Opaque, milky orange/yellow colour with one finger of white head that leaves rings of lacing.
S: Overripe mango, wet grass and chalk.
T: Citrus gelato, fresh parsley. Bitterness builds slowly.
F: Rich but velvet smooth mouthfeel with a long, powder dry finish.
O: A juicy, tropical fruit NEIPA with an assertive aftertaste. Less drinkable than Pagan Juice, its lower ABV cousin, but more complex and hugely enjoyable. Benefits from warming just a little.
