Kanpai is an super light, super dry and super crisp Japanese rice lager. It has gentle aromas of gooseberry and lemon, and drinks almost like a white wine... Devilishly refreshing.

L: Clear, extra pale silver/yellow with clouds of bubbles rising to a thin head that immediately reduces to a smear.
S: A hint of cabbage, nothing else.
T: Floral, vaguely lemony, dry-ish.
F: Medium body with high carbonation and some oily mouthfeel.
O: An extra pale rice lager that is light on flavour but super crisp and will probably be nicely refreshing on a stonking hot summer evening.
