We love dogs at Bluntrock, so we just HAD to create a beer specifically designed for refreshment after a long dog walk along the coast. It's a pale US golden ale, showcasing some classic US hop varieties; Cascade, Centennial & Amarillo.
These slightly more old school US hop varieties travelled over from the US to the UK in the early 2010s, which helped to accelerate the rise of craft beer scene here in the UK. More Dogs has been dry hopped with Cascade and Centennial on the hot side, and Amarillo and Centennial on the cold side for nostalgic flavours and aromas of lemon sherbet and blueberry bubblegum, along with a subtle hint of pine.
Modest, clean, and dangerously refreshing… Just what you need after taking the dogs out in the rain.

440ml can poured into a half pint Bluntrock glass.
L: Light haze, yellow gold and no visible carbonation with a head that disappears quickly and leaves a half ring of lacing.
S: Very light citrus.
T: Grapefruit and orange. Moderate bitterness.
F: Medium body, slick mouthfeel, dry finish.
O: A trad APA but seems a bit one-dimensional. Certainly citrusy but would prefer some pine/resin for balance. Good mouthfeel but appearance is basic.
