Copenhagen 7/4 2021. 50 cl bottle from DøgnNetto, Utterslevvej, Kbh. NV. Green label with a Stag in a tuxedo.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Disappears more or less leaving an unnerving urine sample behind.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of wheat malt mingling with notes of lemonade. Oranges, white sugar. A bit of artificial sweetener. Tart citrus in the background.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong sour bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and kind of thin. Lingers shortly. Finish is watery.
A bit generic and thin take on a Hefeweizen. But I like the tux.

500 ml bottle, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 4.8%. Slightly hazy pale straw colour, moderate white head. Distinct aroma of banana and cloves. The flavour has also banana and cloves, and some citrus. This must have been intended as a Hefeweizen, not a witbier? But coriander and orange peel are on the ingredients list.
