Copenhagen 19/12 2021. 75 cl bottle from Føtex, Mimersgade, Kbh. N. Yellow label in the Danevang brands usual design with a Goat disguised as a detective as poster animal.

Pours slightly unclear, pale yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, lemonade-ish, fruity odor mingling with tart citric notes. Oranges and white sugar. Sweet banana. Hints of loves and citrus.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a light but distinct sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a sour undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.

A bit on the sweet side but a solid take on a Weissbeer.

750 ml bottle, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 5.5%. Organic. Moderately hazy golden colour, large to moderate white head. Distinct aroma of over-ripe bananas, wheatbun dough and cloves, some citrus too. The flavour is wheaty and medium sweet, notes of banana and distinct cloves again, very moderate hops.
