Copenhagen 8/7 2024. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen, Ålekistevej, Vanløse. Blue label in Skanderborg's usual Danevang brand with a Bull's head with beer mugs and corn ears.
Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears after a few seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor. Sweet pale malts, biscuits, caramel and bread. Hay and straws. Light whiff of sourish grains.
Strong carbonation, Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture. A bit fizzy.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is mildly bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweetish - but not terrible.
