A Christmas-spiced brown ale made with Munchener malt rounded off with chocolate. The round, balanced Christmas beer that goes with the slightly fatter Christmas food.

Copenhagen 15/11 2023. 33 cl bottle from 365Discount, Smedetoften, Kbh. NV, A very white, fat and happy Goose in Christmas clothes on the label.
Pours clear dark brown with a red hue. A bit bubbly. Settles as 0,2 cm thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intensewith a sweet, sugary, malty odor mingling with a light whiff of nuts. Brown sugar, milk chocolate, toffee and hazel nuts.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and a tad thin. Lingers shortly. Finish is sweetish and watery.
Decent though quite sweet take on a Brown Ale.
