Copenhagen 24/3 2025. 50 cl bottle from Rema 1000, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Knitted Easterchicken coming out of Eggs on the label.
Pours clear amber with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a sour grainy scent and metallic alcohol. Sweet pale malts, caramel and bread. Sharp whiff of sour grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness, Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a sweet undertone. Liners for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Not too bad Easter brew.
