Copenhagen 1/4 2025. 33 cl bottle from Rema 1000, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Very yellow label with a chicken playing soccer with a Easter egg.
Pours clear dark amber with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears after a few seconds leaving no trace of foam behind, No lacing,
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with an abundance of lavender and a light touch of honey. Whiff of citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and a bit perfumed. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
They should go a little easy on the lavender.
