Inspired by Californian Steam Beer. A bottom-fermented beer with an amber-gold color. The aroma is characterized by malt, fruit and caramel and the taste has sweetness and slightly dry citrus.

Copenhagen 28/12 2020. 33 cl bottle from Lidl, Lygten, Kbh. NV. Skanderborg's usual design in golden yellow and orange. Tagline is Unusually refreshing.
Pours almost clear, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No Lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with sweet slightly candy-like sweet odor mingling malty scent. Toffee, sweet biscuit, caramel. night touch of brown sugar. Malty and bready.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium tense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is sweet with a roasted tang.
A bit generic but pleasant sweet brew which reminds me of a Wiener.
