Copenhagen 28/9 2024. 50 cl bottle from Rema 1000, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Knitted patterne in green ad yellow on the label.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Disappears completely after a while. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with some sweet fruit. Tart notes. Wheat malts, peach and currants. Tart citrus.
Strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture. A bit fizzy.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste s sweetish with a tart undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
Watery and sweetish.
