Copenhagen 29/12 2023. 50 cl bottle from Rema 1000, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Knitted Christmas related topics on the label.
Pours clear dark copper with red hue. Big off-white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a strong sweet odor of malts and syrup. Sweet dark malts, chocolate, brown sugar, raisins and toffee. Syrup.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet. A tad thin. Lingers for a bit. Finish is sugary.
Sweet malty and sugary Christmas greeting.
