Copenhagen 6/12 2023. 33 cl bottle from 365 Discount, Smedetoften, Kbh. NV. Rudolf proudly displaying hs red nose on the label.
Pours clear amber with a red hue. Mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and slightly sugary malty odor mingling with sourish notes. Sweet caramel and toffee. Hints of brown sugar.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate nitterness. Aftertaste is watery and sweetish with a light bitter undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is watery.
A bland, slightly too sweet Vienna from Skanderborg.
