Copenhagen 26/11 2023. 50 cl bottle from 365Discount, Smedetoften, Kbh. NV. The label is composed of what looks like a Christmas Sweater.
Pours clear amber with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin patch of foam stretching to cover the surface f the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a lightly toasted scent. Caramel, toffee, bread, starch. Toasted white bread.
Rather strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers shortly. Finish is sweet and flat.
