A fresh New England IPA with faint Christmas notes.
When you want to enjoy a hoppy beer with low bitterness, and Christmas is a time when you want to be more restrained in your choice of beer.

Copenhagen 24/11 2023. 33 cl bottle from 365discount, Smedetoften, Kbh. NV. Golden Christmas star, pine tree and Christmas paraphernalia on the label.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 creamy, fluffy layer of foam crawling up the sides of the glass. Obscuring the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with a mild scent of citrus. Whiff of soap. Peach, orange and lemon. Citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Finish is semi-dry.
Skanderborg is flooding the market with Christmas beers in all varities. Decent NEIPA but not much Christmas vibe here.
