Vestkysthumlen.
The taste is local & brilliant. We offer a fresh dry hopped ale with a complex aroma from Cascade, Citra, Amarillo and Centennial hops, which contribute pleasant notes of citrus and exotic fruit.

Copenhagen 9/8 2020. 33 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen, Vesterbro Torv, Aarhus. Simple label in yellow and red.
Pours unclear, dark amber with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin but frothy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a medium strong malty sweet odor mingling with a rough, bitter and sour scent. Caramel and bread. Sour grains and a bit of citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter leading to a semi-dry finish.
Not terribly interesting and a bit rough around the edges.
