A lovely light and hoppy ale where coriander and fresh spruce shoots ensure a fantastic taste and the experience of Christmas cheer in every sip.

Copenhagen 3/12 2019. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen, Nordre Frihavnsgade, Kbh. Ø. A bit chaotic label with some happy Santa faces, some sharp green leaves and some Christmas decorations. And with a bit of snow on top.
Pours clear, golden yellow with a small, white head. Settles as thin path of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is sweet, malty with sharp grainy notes and hints of yeast. Sweet caramel, sweet pale malts. Lightly perfumed - almost floral. Sharp, slightly citric notes.
Strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively texture.
Flavor has a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a lighter sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
Very much on the malty side but with a decent bitter bite.
