Copenhagen 18/8 2025. 50 cl bottle from Rema 1000, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. The label looks like it's been knitted with some red elephants on a yellow background and some green hop flowers
Pours opaque unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,1 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a rather strong sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a more subdued citrus scent. Sweet peach and apricot. White sugar. Citrus and lemon peeking in tartly.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, a bit lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit tart with a distinct sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry and a bit thin.
A bit sweetish. But overall decent.
