Copenhagen 19/8 2025. 50 cl bottle from Føtex, Frederiksberg Centeret, Frb. F. The usual City Sip design with a drawing of a city with a river running through with some indications of Christmas and a old wind mill.
Pours dark brown with a red hue and an off-white head. Bubbly. Settles as a thin rim of foam running a long the side of the glass. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense wth a sweet odor toasted dark malts mingling with a bit of sour grains. Toasted bread, biscuits, chocolate and a grains.
Light carbonation. Slighty thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and rather thin. Lingers shortly. Finish is thin and a little salty.
A brown Ale with a bit of chocolate. A nd a thin flavor.
