Copehagen 10/10 2025. 50 cl bottle from COOP 365, Smedetoften, Kbh. NV. Green version of Skanderborg's Deleøl (beer for sharing) brand with two glasses of beer cheering.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a bit of tart citrus fruit. Sweet pale malts, wheat and bread. Citrus and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
They might want me to share it - but it could have trouble finding a victim.
