Brewed with authentic specialty German malts, perfectly balanced with German hops. A 60+ day lager process leaves this beer with a nice bready profile, wonderful mouthfeel and super refreshing.

Poured from the can into a Libbey style pilsner glass.
Deep bright red copper color, nearly looking bleeding in it's redness and with excellent clarity. Very light khaki colored head, forming real frothy off the pour to a good big fistfull height. Settles with no lacing and fine soapy bubbles. Really love this red color, quite unique even in this style it seems.
Clean aroma, with heavy mineral and rocky senses on the nose. Crisp sensing malt, faint toffee but more of that dry grain and mineral sense that really dominates but pleasantly. Quite solid and impressive so far.
Good solid palate on first sip. Chewy sensing malt, with a brown bread and caramel flavor on first sip. Light herbal and spicy hop matching to tone the sweetness down nicely comes across real nicely. Hop angle matches a good finish capturing even herbal tea like flavors, but some of the malt sweetness dominates more on the finish. Clean notes, with a hint of caramel syrup feel just slightly.
Pretty solid good marzen.
