Sustainable brewing program at the local (Kalamazoo-area) community college. They've racked up an impressive list of accolades--including a bronze at the 2021 GABF. Gourmet gastro-pub level eats, with a growing tap selection of solid and true-to-style student brewed selections. I’m glad to support them and the next generation of brewing professionals.
