This place is a lot bigger than I imagined, and more modern as well. It looks brand new from the outside, as well as from the patio and inside the main taproom, but on your way to the bathroom, you can tell this was a historic building, as they left some industrial tools stuck in the old concrete walls that were clearly there before they took the building over, which apparently was a 160 year old grain mill.

All that said, the smaller asphalt parking lot in the front is mainly meant for brewing staff, and the taproom entrance is around back anyway, so just be sure to pull all the way through the gravel into the back lot. From there they have a pretty sizeable deck for outdoor seating, where that and the indoor seating are very welcoming to large parties with long beerhall-style tables. The bar itself is a huge concrete U block that can host a large amount of stools, where just to its left is a raised platform with even more seating. Further still, there's a separate room for private parties. So this place is primed and ready to host all kinds of crowds, with wide open spaces and tall ceilings.

They've recently earned some local recognition for their food, which isn't anything crazy outside of your typical bar grub, but is done well enough to please the crowds consistently. But what we're all here for is the beer, which is well-varied this early in their lifecycle, while hinging closest to classic styles. Their focus is on producing them cleanly with an eye on quality and stylistic integrity, and so far they are doing well on all of those fronts.
