Moderate malty (caramel) aroma with moderate-to-heavy notes of ripe fruits and alcohol.
Moderate sweet flavour with a light acidic note; average-lasting sweet finish.
Light-to-medium body with oily texture; soft carbonation; light astringency in the finish.

From the bottle, it pours a hazy amber color with a modest weizenbier head that diminishes to a thin layer, ring and lacing. The nose gets some banana and apple to go with the breadiness. The mouth follows with a smooth feeling bready brew with notes of banana.
