This American-style beer harkens back to IPAs of yesteryear with assertive bitterness that is supported by a complex malt backbone. The turn of the millennium called and declared this as the right beer. Contract brewed by Pagoda City (Formerly Chatty Monks)

on draft at the Taphouse
clear, dark copper in color, off-white colored head. classic American "C hops" aroma of citrus and pine, also a little caramel. similar taste, slight sweetness from the malt and then bitter finish. thin to medium bodied. This is a very old school type IPA.

Dark orange color. White head. Ok lacing and retention.
Ok aroma. Pine and caramel.
Malty taste dominates but noticeable piney bitterness.
Medium-bodied. Slightly sticky.
