While modest in appearance, this brewery is worth a visit!
Located in an old paper mill with historical scholar brew master Dan, who actually teaches the history of brewing at local colleges. First time I ever had a meat stout from an authentic beer engine.
House selection is focused on six well-made brews, they also offer guest taps, several ciders, wine, and liquor to round out the menu. The food is simple—mostly snacks and pizza—but the pizza was delicious.
The taproom is family-friendly with a huge selection of board games, a pool table, and shuffleboard.
