The Cascading Bavarian is a twist on the traditional German Pils. We focused on the southern German style pilsner that has a softer mouthfeel than the northern region, and then used classic American hops. This crisp beverage has notes of graininess leaning into water cracker with a moderate floral & citrus hop bitterness. Truly a refreshing way to combat the grueling Texas summer heat . . . Cheers!
