Strübel Brewing Company

I don’t know how to rate this place for selection since they only brew literally one barrel at a time. Apparently they either sell out so fast or only have ONE actual physical barrel because they only had one beer of theirs on tap when I visited. Place probly seats 20-25 people and is inside of a famous city building. They have a handful of cans from other SD breweries which makes up for the lack of theirs. It would be cool to revisit when they have a decent amount of their beers to see if they make solid beer… or not?
