Had vom Fass at the brewery. Very cloudy, very yeasty, but lacking on flavor somewhat. Good but not great.

Darmstädter Ratskeller Hausbrauerei GmbH “Premium Pilsner”
€3,80/,4L vom fass at the brewery on 18 September 2021
Look: Hazy golden beneath a full head of white foam. Very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Sweetish Pilsner malt with some mild herbal and grassy hops.
Taste: As the aroma suggests with a firm bitterness that brings it to a dry finish. Short lingering with bitterness and a smear of hop flavor.
Feel: Medium bodied and crisp with a fine-bubbled, seemingly natural carbonation.
Overall: An excellent version of the southern German Pilsner style.
