Our reverently brewed lagerbier features the finest German Pilsner malt, Mittelfrüh and Saphir hops, a slow, cool fermentation and extended maturation. Extra pale and crisp with ethereal expressions of fresh cut flowers, dry hayfields and a crisp summer afternoon.

3 months I. The can pours clear golden yellow with a rich head that dissipated quickly. Has the signature aroma of noble hops, cracker , lemon grass. Taste is completely delish German Pilsner with juniper woodiness, mild strawberry and lemon grass. Clean, refreshing, crisp: I want another!

On tap at Wayland Brewing Company in Orchard Park, NY.
This one pours a clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells pretty spicy, with some crackery malt.
This is maybe *slightly* more bitter and hoppy than a typical pilsner, but I enjoy it. It’s such a clean spicy and hoppy delight, with a crackery and bready malt backbone.
This is light bodied, and super drinkable, with a clean finish.
As with all of the beers I tried at Wayland, this was really impressive for how new this brewery is.
