I’m friends with the master brewer’s dad, and pops got called in for a day of canning. This tasty treat is two weeks old pours light yellow bright with a thin head that recedes sticky down my glass. Aroma is lime zest, peach. Taste follows the nose with mild pear, lemon, soft peach. Super tasty and I imagine a crisp refreshing pale ale for the summertime deck. Feel is soft, light and crisp , hint of pine, nice slight smacky . Very tasty. High recommend!
