Bottle: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some tequila and fresh pineapple notes. Taste is also a mix of fresh pineapple notes with light tart notes with some tequila barrel notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting sour with a nice complex set of flavors.

good carbonation and pineapple. significant but controlled tartness. Very dry aftertaste. Thanks Bruin. Somewhat decent gose with an edge. You know how it goes with gose.
